Order confirmation

After checkout (including Cash on Delivery), our team may confirm product availability, size, shade, and final price before dispatch. If an item cannot be fulfilled as ordered, we will contact you promptly.

Returns

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Eligible returns are assessed case by case for fashion garments for hygiene and quality reasons.

Refunds

For COD orders, approved refunds are arranged after inspection (cash refund or store credit as agreed). For any other enabled payment method, approved refunds follow the original payment channel when possible.
